IT IS THE RECEIVER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR ANY DISCREPANCIES WITH AN ORDER BEFORE ANY ALTERATIONS OR EMBELLISHMENTS ARE MADE TO THE GARMENTS RECEIVED.
ALTERED GARMENTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
– No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA)
– Merchandise that is returned without a Return Authorization number will be either returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of upon follow up.
– Altered garments (excluding defective goods) are non-returnable.
– We must be informed of incorrectly received merchandise immediately and this merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt of goods.
– Discontinued items and Special Orders are not returnable.
– Returns of unwanted merchandise or samples will be subject to 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days in it’s original condition.
