RETURNED GOODS POLICY

IT IS THE RECEIVER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK FOR ANY DISCREPANCIES WITH AN ORDER BEFORE ANY ALTERATIONS OR EMBELLISHMENTS ARE MADE TO THE GARMENTS RECEIVED.

ALTERED GARMENTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

  • No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA)
  • Merchandise that is returned without a Return Authorization number will be either returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of upon follow up.
  • Altered garments (excluding defective goods) are non-returnable.
  • We must be informed of incorrectly received merchandise immediately and this merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt of goods.
  • Discontinued items and Special Orders are not returnable.
  • Returns of unwanted merchandise or samples will be subject to 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days in its original condition.
